I finally had the time to listen to your podcast on dysfunctional families. I started it a few times but I was trying to work at the same time and couldn’t focus on it. Now that I’ve listened to it I wish I had forced myself to slow down sooner! It was SO eye opening. It gave me a lot of clarity on some things and a starting point on how to deal with it all. It also made me think about things I hadn’t even considered. Thank you SO MUCH. I actually teared up a few times while listening. I feel more centered and focused about it and less like it’s consuming me. So thank you again!

I love it all. There's always something I need to hear. Whether it's a new episode or an old one I haven't listened to. You make me think, laugh, cry but most importantly you make me self reflect and get real with myself. You're going to achieve whatever it is you want to achieve and I'm here to support you in any way I can.
